hey all,

well I am realising a lifelong ambition to go trekking in Africa and thought it would be better if I could raise some money while doing this. As you know I am a Marie Curie Nurse in Essex and it is a charity that is much needed as it allows people the choice and dignity of being at home. We could not do this if it were not for people supporting us year round and the money that I raise will be much needed and so I ask you to dig deep and support me on this.
