We underestimate how much is given up by both those serving and the impact it can have on their families.  Although it was WWII when both of my grandfathers were killed during service it has still had a lasting impact on my family.  This run is in their memory but also to help those in need today.

Those who know me well will know about 12 months ago I could barely run for two minutes and buying a packet of 20 was a daily event.  I want to prove I can do this and it seems right for good to come from my efforts.
