Michael was a very special young man and was part of my life up until 4 years ago when he passed away.  This year he would have been celebrating his 21st birthday.  To celebrate what would have been a special milestone, I am going to be running the addidas womens challenge in Hyde Park, London on Sept 5th 2010. 

I will be running in Michaels memory and raising money for The Children with Special Needs Foundation who were involved with Michael and his family.  I have been able to see first hand, the work that this charity does in supporting individuals, famillies and groups.  Please support this worthwhile charity and help me to celebrate what would have been a very special birthday for Michael this year.
