We have done it and what a week.  We have met so many kind, generous and very brave people who have taken part.  Lis has kept a diary throughout  and we will place and edited version on here (names will be changed to protect the guilty).

The team would like to thank all of those who have already sponsored us and given us morale support throughout the trip.  However, it is never too late to donate.

Three great charities have benefitted from your kind generosity during the Walk4Matt 2010.  Those charities we walked 110 miles for are:
