To find out more about the walk or to join,&nbsp;please go to&nbsp;<a href="http://www.meirpanimuk.org/events">www.meirpanimuk.org/events</a>.</p> <p>Meir Panim consists of a network of fourteen soup kitchens and eight after school youth clubs, which between them provide 5000 daily hot meals to hungry school children in the Negev (including both Jewish and Bedouin communities); distribute 1000 food shopping cards for Holocaust survivors and provide vocational training centres for the unemployed.&nbsp;</p> <p>With one in three children suffering from hunger, one in four people living in poverty and one in five elderly people in need of immediate assistance, Meir Panim's food and social services not only provide basic sustenance to these individuals but also give them the means to break out of the cycle of poverty and become active, self-sufficient members of society.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
