Myself  and Chris are taking part on the Tri-Ultimate Challenge! 

Chris will be running Pembroke-north beach (5.5mi) and North beach-Forest School (5mi)and cycycling the same route!

 

Myself will be completing the Forest -Vazon (6mi) and Vazon-Pembroke (5mi) cycling and clocking up same circuit running! 

This will be rather challenging for all of us. As a team we will be pushing ourselves to raise funds in aid of Hope for a Child.
