Ive set set myself a goal to cycle from London to Paris in September 2019 to support vital research for Myeloma UK. Multiple Myeloma is the second most common blood cancer, yet few people know about this deadly disease.
Just 15 weeks away 🤣😱. Im going to be cycling to Paris, 500km (310miles) in just four days.  Cycling is completely new for me, so cycling this long distance scares me, but im determined to get started with the training and raise money for this cause.
