Story
I'm taking part in Walk Ten North Yorkshire at Bolton Abbey to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
My Son Michael Johnson sadly lost his 3 year battle against cancer on Thursday 7th June 2012, he was a brave, kind, caring and loving person who never complained throughout his illness, he continued to think of others and maintained his sense of humour right until the end, he will be sadly missed by many.
Michael spent the last days of his life in the Marie Curie Hospice in Bradford and I am doing this walk in his honour and to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
I would also like as many family members as possible to join me in this walk to pay tribute to Michael, if you would like to take part, then rather than sponsor me, please set up your own page to collect sponsor money, that way we can raise even more money for Marie Curie.
Please sponsor me and help Marie Curie Nurses provide free care to more people with terminal cancer and other illnesses in their own homes or in one of their hospices across the UK.
Thank you for your support.
