The Grim is an 8.5 mile run in November across the Army vehicle test tracks in Aldershot, complete with mud filled craters and a water filled ravine.  I just about managed to complete it last year when I was younger and fitter, so even more of a challenge this year.

I'd love your help to raise money for the Serco Foundation which supports a variety of kids charities, in particular Whizz Kidz which provides custom wheelchairs for disabled kids, helping them to live as normal a life as possible.
