On March 14th this year my Wife's Father, David Bowen passed away.. This event was a devastating blow to his family, however his final days were made comfortable and peaceful for both David and his precious family.

This page is aiming to say a small "Thank You" from those that were affected to a wonderfully caring place.

I will be competing in two Spartan races in two days in September of this year (19th/20th)  with the possibility of adding a 3rd the following week (27th) over increasing distances and levels of difficulty.
