I`m just an ordinary 60 yr old overweight man reasonably fit person  who hates running.

i have some good friends who have a son with type 1 diabetes having no knowledge of the condition i was shocked at the impact this can have on  children and there families so i decided to do my little bit to try and help, as said earlier I`m not the biggest fan of running so here i am doing the couch to marathon training program so  as if that`s not difficult enough i decided to throw in an attempt on the world record  for the most money raised by one runner in a marathon

so  ill put myself through some difficult and challenging times for the next 10 months to hopefully help with a cure which may stop the  difficult and challenging times faced by the children forever

If you can help in any way whether it be a donation however small or just share my story i will be forever grateful

Thankyou..Clive
