I'm helping to raise funds for my two chosen charities The Adult Cystic Fibrosis Unit and also Joining Jack. The Adult Cystic Fibrosis Unit is where my friend's husband Ed is treated and I believe they do such a great job.  Joining Jack is a charity close to my heart as I know both of Jack's parents and  being a mum of two myself, I find it difficult to imagine how they must feel.
