My challenge this time is a 200 mile route through Wales which will take me from Holyhead to Mumbles passing through Porthmadog, Machynlleth, Aberystwyth, Tregaron, Lampeter, Llandeilo, Annamford, Pontarddulais and Swansea en route.  I am doing this ride with a team of fellow amputees which will be fun and also challenging!!!
