Here it is, the next in the HB@D saga. Our prime objective is, as ever, to host a good rufty-toughty hand-bike challenge on a classic MTB route;

On Saturday 25th April, I will be guiding on of the four disabled riders, who will be pitting their strength and nerve against the Lake District's fearfully steep Skiddaw mountain on specially designed off-road hand-cycles.

With a range of personal challenges ranging from the technically challenging 11 km of the 'Over' route, to the full horror of 'Up and Over' . The latter route, at 20 km, will represent around 8 hours effort, taking in over a kilometer of ascent and gradients approaching 30%.

As in previous years, our friends at Mawddach Rotary Club have offered to host our fundraising activities:
