I've always tried to keep fit. But I started a new desk job last year, and the "Cake culture" got the better of me. Christmas didn't help either. 

It was (past?) time to make changes, and the chance to help others gave me the push I needed.

So here I am - unfit, wrong side of 40 and my left knee is a disaster area. Help me through my winter training by donating what you can in support of the RAFBF to enable them to support Service personnel.
