Avril was my mum who died quite suddenly from cancer last year and her last few days were spent at the Wisdom Hospice.  The care given to my mum was exceptional and made her last days peaceful and dignified.

I am undertaking an endurance event for this fantastic cause and for those who know me I am not a marathon runner I am a golfer so I intend to complete 72 holes in one day at Richmond Golf Club on the 4th July.  Starting at 4am this will involve walking and carrying my golf bag for over 25 miles and i promise to keep my score no matter how bad it is!
