The Prince's Trust Palace to Palace 2016 · 2 October 2016 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've decided, to join this cycle challenge last minute (there were spaces and I like a challenge).  For those who don't know me I've been suffering from Patellofemoral Pain AKA knee pain for two years now.  I've been to the doctors and had done physio to the point I could drive and walk without too much problem.  However I used to cycle and run quite a bit, and I would like to get back into sports again.

I have roughly 4 weeks, to up my exercise and physio to the point I can actually cycle!  I'm honestly not sure if I can do it in time or whether the physio will be enough. I'm using this opportunity to push myself for personal progression, something that would be considered a luxury to some.  The reason I'm MORE than happy to raise money for the Prince's Trust, is because they offer 13-30 year-olds struggling and chance for a better life.  All I ask for is a pound, I really will appreciate any amount. Thank you.
