On May 16th & 17th I'll be cycling 180 miles to raise money for "Get A Head" in memory of my beautiful colleague Mel Jaggard who sadly passed away last year.

I'll be cycling with a number of Unilever colleagues to Mel's hometown in South Wales. The challenge includes a second day of 100 miles and a total ascent of 1800m.

There's more detail on the team home page but the money donated will go toward a project to better understand the cause of and improve treatment for Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (the specific cancer Mel suffered from).
