In memory of Michael Pearce

Stephanie Moore MBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund in partnership with Cancer Research UK, following the death of her husband, Bobby Moore, from bowel cancer. The Bobby Moore Fund is now a leader in the fight against bowel cancer, funding research that’s helping more people to survive than ever before.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. I lost my Son Michael in January 2002 to Cancer & My Wife April has recently had a Lung Cancer Scare requiring major surgery.

As you can quite imagine Cancer has touched my family in a massive way and what better way than to prevent others having to experience the same by raising all important funds for research.

My daughter and I are big West Ham United Supporters (Come on someone's got to!) and both have season tickets. We have over the past 3 years supported a young man by the name on Jonjo Heuerman who is heavily connected with West Ham and has to date raised £150k for the Bobby Moore Fund. He and his family have created the alternative Moorevember event instead of the usual Movember currently taking place.

I thank you in advance for any donations you can make to help such a worthy and personal cause. If you wish for moustache progress photos throughout November then please include your e-mail in your donation message.

Thank You

Colin
