A team of bankers employed by Citi are running the Royal Parks half marathon in aid of Cancer Research. Everyone knows someone. Unfortunately, more of us know too many.

This is by far the most ambitious distance I've attempted. And is likely to end in tears. Not least because it is less than 2 weeks away and training so far has involved running for the 37 bus a few times.
