During the last weekend in July, three friends and I will be competing in the adidas Thunder Run. This is a 24 hour off-road relay race against the clock. The name of the game is to put in as many laps of the 10k circuit as possible in the 24 hours.

I will be running the event for The Perfect Day Foundation. Established in 2008 this is a registered UK Charity (no.1136511) which works to relieve poverty and promote health and education in deprived communities of Zambia. The money donated for this event will be used to support both a HIV/AIDS hospice and Sport in Action, our partner organisation in Zambia.
