We are entered as a Ful-On Tri team to do the 2011 Cape Epic. It is an 8 day MTB race in the Western Cape of South Africa. We are expecting 10hr+ days in extreme heat. Every stage has a cut off time and the top guys include 8 current world MTB champions so it will be very challenging for us to get a finishers medal. Starfish is a charity with a lot of local relevance they bring life, hope and opportunity to children in southern Africa who have been orphaned or made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS.
