A team of us will take on the Hyde Park 10k as part of a wider initiative to support young carers. 100 race places have been allocated across the company for a variety of races, with each runner aiming to raise £1,000.

We're raising money for young carers through the Quilter Foundation. These fantastic young people often have to care for those who would normally be the ones to care for them and there is so much we can do to support them and ensure opportunities don't pass them by. It doesn't take much to change their lives, and even the smallest tokens sometimes make the biggest difference to these special individuals.

Those that know me well know I don't run, I definitely don't set myself up to run in public, let alone with people deliberately there to watch - so dig deep and make sure it's worth it!
