Conrad was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in 2013

We didn't even know what Duchenne was so when we got told we was all in shock. Duchenne is a life limiting condition. Boys and the very rare amount of girls who have this condition usually use the ability to work from the ages of ten as it effects the legs firth then the rest of their muscles e.g arms lungs & heart which give them a life span of around 20, 30years if your lucky,

 At the moment there IS NOT a CURE and very little awareness so PLEASE help by donating even if it is £1 it still helps alot
