We are joining Contact a Family's "Team 30", and we'll be running the Addidas 5K Women's Challenge to raise much needed funds for our wonderful charity and to celebrate our 30th anniversary.
Contact a Family provides vital support, information and advice to families with disabled children, and we campaign across all four nations of the UK for a better life for these families.
