Please sign up and sponsor me and my wonderful 9 month old Cavapoo puppy 'Cookie' on our first ever sponsored walk together. 

'Team Jackie & Cookie' was formed in summer 2011 in Barnes. In March 2011 I was diagnosed with Grade 3 breast cancer and immediately embarked on the necessary treatment to guide me back to health and remove the cancer. 

After a few tough months of cancer treatment I decided for the first time in 35 years to get a puppy as a friend and also as a distraction from the past unhappy months. Cookie, with her sunny disposition and biscuit coloured soft furr was also the perfect reason to get vital daily excercise.

Now in full remission Cookie and I very much want to show our support and appreciation to Cancer Research UK. I will join Cookie as she proudly puts her 'best paw forward' and we team up with fellow dog lovers and canine's alike.
