As some of you know Ewen & I will be doing a 10km run on the 18th of July. This is the furthest we've have EVER run so we're pretty scared and would really appreciate your support!

We are raising money for a charity called ‘500 miles’ which supports amputees and other disabled people in Malawi and Zambia in Africa. Why ‘500 miles’?

My inspiration for this race is my very special friend who was fortunate enough to get a prosthetic leg after a motorcycle accident which allowed him to live his life passionately until he sadly passed away in 2008. Nothing ever stopped him, so I’ll try to keep that in mind during the race! (Next time I’ll try something more Xtreme!)
