<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Consolas;">Cycling from Costa coffee shop in Whitehaven, Cumbria to Costa coffee shop in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear on Saturday 6th August; 138 miles by road between opening time (08:00) and last orders (17:00) to raise funds for Help for Heroes.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Consolas; font-size: small;">The team comprises of a who's who of British Multisport athletes including former European Champion Phil Holland, 4 x Ironman Doug Smith, former World LD Duathlon Champion Stuart McGowan and former serviceman JC.</span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Consolas; font-size: small;">JC received assistance from Combat Stress after serving in the Middle East, Africa and, in particular, Rwanda. This is an opportunity to pay something back for the help received when it was needed most.</span></p>
