Almost everyone has a story to tell about how cancer has affected their lives. Just last month, my wonderful uncle John Courtney lost his year long battle with Cancer. The entire experience was heartbreaking and the sense of loss is overwhelming for my entire family.  

This FFS charity event couldn't have come at a better time. I have a fire in me to help in the worldwide fight to kick cancer in the ass for once and for all. 

I am aiming to complete a total of 150Burpees, 400squats&400situps in just 30mins. It will be tough. It will be sweaty. I will want to give up half way. However I know that the pain I am feeling physically is nothing compared to what the many million cancer sufferers around the world are experiencing. 

If you can spare any cash for this , I would be extremely grateful for any donations either to myself or anyone within the FFS fundraising group. We are on a mission to raise a total of 50,000€ - please help!
