.This page was set up in memory of James who lost his life on 22nd October 2009 whilst serving in Afghanistan.
We as his family have been touched by all the cards we have received and by the tributes and messages on Facebook and other internet sites from his friends. Instead of sending flowers, we know James would prefer donations to help injured soldiers and their families. Help for Heroes, the Army Benevolent Fund and the Royal British Legion are all charities worthy of your support and your donation instead of flowers will be a more lasting tribute to James.
