Story

Hello everyone and thanks for coming.

Happily for me I am getting married this year and having my stag do in Newcastle, this seemed to present me with the ideal opportunity to do something for charity... so now we're walking there.

Myself, Gavin Morton, Simon Glogiewicz, Richard Parkes and Andy Norris are walking the 84 miles of Hadrian's Wall over six days, starting on the 9th of April. We are being joined at various points on our knee swelling/joint aching/blister incurring adventure by Edd Woodthorpe and Paul Longstaff.

I am doing this in memory of my Mum and Dad, like far too many people, my family's life has been altered dramatically by the effects of cancer. Hopefully we can do something to help fund reseach work and help those already suffering . We are therefore doing this walk to raise money for Cancer Research UK and the Lindsey Lodge Hospice in Scunthorpe.

There are two pages linked to my site, one for each charity. Please feel free to split your donation or pick one of the charities.

Thanks again for taking the time to read this and for any donations you are able to make.
