Arthriris can be an extremly painful degenerative illness. It's has caused my Nan, a woman who I consider to be a strong independent woman, to struggle in pain and become dependent on myself, my brother and my mother.

It flares up and causes intense pain even through changes in weather. The cold makes it hard if not impossible to walk, or open a bottle.

I hope the money raised will help Arthritis Care provide help, information and assistance for both sufferers and those who look after loved ones with the disease.
