Dear Friend,
 
On Sunday, November 3rd, I’ll be joining the Colmore Run, in aid of Children in Need.
 
I’ve done it a few times – It’s a 10km cross country run, usually in ankle deep mud, and driving rain.
 
Don’t forget the gift aid.
