I'm running the Inverness 10k on Sunday 4th October to raise funds for Corseford Residential Service (part of Capability Scotland) where we support children and young people who have complex needs. I am fairly confident I might set a new course record for slowest time....at least I have the excuse of being a 40 year old asthmatic!

So whether it's to help us raise some money towards a holiday fund for the young people who use Corseford, or just to recognise my months of intensive (and largely ineffective!)  training, please dig deep and donate now!
