I will be running in the Great North Run this year for Arthritis Care.

Arthritis is not just a disease of older people – it can affect people of all ages, including children. It is not clear what causes arthritis and there is no cure at present.

10m people suffer throughout th UK. Arthritis-related pain causes significant difficulties for a large number of people and limits their ability to live life as fully as possible or to carry out many everyday activities.
