Hi

As most of you know I enjoy running not an overly keen cyclist or swimmer and certainly enjoy having my feet in contact with the ground.

Having expressed an initial interest in the CS North Sea Row I was roped into filling a spot with a few withdrawals of people not liking the idea of rowing 55miles in about 24hours across the North Sea from Ramsgate to Belgium.

Luckily I have joined 15 other intrepid soles from across CS bidding to make it across if we can keep the weather and sea sickness at bay. It wont be easy and I am sure there are things we have not even thought of yet  but I promise to keep you updated.

Any donations will be gladly received by the CS Charity of the year Age UK.

The next part of the challenge is to get the training day sorted provided the weather cooperates to really understand if we are ready for the main event.
