Every couple of years I set my self a crazy challenge to raise money for a fantastic charity called Sebastian’s action trust.

this year’s challenge is to cycle from Basingstoke to Paris and back again in just 5 days, that means cycling approx 140 miles per day, between 8 and 12 hours in the saddle,
