Story
On September 12th I will embark on the biggest adventure of my life so far - cycling solo and mostly unsupported from John O'Groats to Land's End, a journey of some 950 miles.
I'll be battling wind, rain and one hill after another over the course of 15 days in the saddle, carrying all my gear with me in my trusty panniers. Averaging out at around 65 miles a day means I'll probably be struggling to sit down once it's all over...
If you want to keep up to date with the ride then head over to my website at www.craig-wells.co.uk for all the juicy details, including my day-to-day blog. Weather/signal permitting I'll also be posting my thoughts as I go on Twitter.
Why am I doing this? St. Kentigern Hospice is a fantastic charity which was almost faced with closure a few years back, leading me to cycle around the coast of Wales in a bid to raise funds. Now I've had a couple of years off I've decided to get back in the saddle once more!
