CRAIG GOODWIN

As it fast approaches my 40th birthday (May 2010) and to ensure that you all don't think I'm well and truly past it - I am going to show you young ones (and a few oldies) that Gooders still has what it takes!!!! (I hope?!)

After completing a few half marathons and the first ever Kilomathon with my mate Adam Wells we thought it would be a good idea to push ourselves further by running the London Marathon in 2010 to raise money for The Royal Air Forces Association. This is an excellent charity and I'm looking forward to doing my bit to help out.

Check out their web site at www.rafa.org.uk

The RAF Association (RAFA) is a membership organisation of serving and former members of the Royal Air Force, their families and dependants and all those supporting the aims of the Association. It is the largest single-service membership organisation in the United Kingdom and has roughly 74,000 members and 500 Branches in the UK, Europe and further afield. The Association provides help and advice, assistance, comradeship and, where required, welfare and care for the whole RAF family. Check it out at www.rafa.org.uk
