Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Heavy monsoon rains have triggered the worst floods since 1929 in Pakistan's northwest, killing more than 400 people and forcing hundreds of thousands to flee from their homes
Three days of torrential rains caused rivers to burst their banks in several places and unleashed widespread destruction in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, destroying houses, bridges, schools, roads and railway tracks.
Amongst the worst hit areas are Nowshera Charsadda and Swat with hundreds and thousands of people without food, shelter or clean water.
To help fund raise we have organised a car washing day which will be held at Broadfield Mosque car park on Saturday 14th August, please come down to have your cars cleaned by us and donate what ever you can. Any and every donation will be welcomed so please pop down either to have your car washed or just to donate, every penny will help the victims of the flood. Ramadan is fast approaching and anything raised will be greatly recieved and can make such a change. I understand there are people who will not be able to make the event, so we have set this page up for you all to donate. We would like to thank you all for your time and donations, every little helps.
JazakAllah Khayr
