Thank You for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

45 miles in one non-stop run is a long way, but we are in a time that calls us all to 'go the extra mile' (or 19).

I've never attempted anything like this before, and may never attempt it again - but this economic climate is making vulnerable people even more vulnerable and if we don't respond, then who will?

Like you, I love Scotland and have a driving passion to see the lives of homeless and vulnerable people across Scotland dramatically changed and in doing so; see our communities and country changed.

The community orientated projects we deliver, like Passing the Baton, not only dramatically change the lives of individuals, but also the communities that are involved in delivering them.

Passing the Baton, now 5 years old, is already operating in Edinburgh, Aberdeen, West Lothian, Fife, Midlothian, Inverness, Dundee and Glasgow and due to its success there is now a real demand to see it all over Scotland.

All the money raised from this run will go to continue the development of Passing the Baton across Scotland and support us at Bethany to develop new cutting edge community orientated services - each one helping to change lives, change communities and change our country.

So please dig deep.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to Bethany and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed.

Thank You for your support.
