Cromer Boxing Day Dip · 26 December 2017

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

The North Norfolk Beach Runners organise this event each year to raise money for a chosen charity.  This year the charity is Stroke Foundation in memory of Andy Kett who suffered a stroke in September whilst out running.

Please sponsor Jason and some of the other Deepdale crew to raise funds for such a worthy cause.

Meet at Cromer Pier for a “warm up” optional run at 09.00am (all abilities catered for) followed by the traditional countdown to the dip at
10.00am.  This is an HOUR EARLIER than previous years to try and avoid the high tide!
