To Celebrate the opening of CrossFit North London, those brave (or crazy) enough to except this challenge will be attempting the 'Burpee mile'.

Trainers/coaches of Synergy Personal training studio & CrossFit North London will take on a team of 4-16 Synergy members and will be performing burpees for 1mile (4 laps of the Synergy 400m).

Team members can do anything from 100m-400m.

We will need supporters to cheer us on in our crazy race, so feel free to bring friends and family, the more the merrier.

We want to raise lots of money for our fantastic local charity 'Action for Kids', so please dig deep and make our pain worth while !!!
