Two years ago Emma and I took part in the Glen Nevis River Race to raise funds for the Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team.

Our method of transport was a small child's inflatable dragon - 100 metres in it appeared this was not the wisest choice of craft.

Well, the bruises have finally healed and we've decided to do it all over again, but this time we have a new victim, I mean, team member...Lyndsey.

We will be taking part in the 2012 Glen Nevis River Race on 14th July to once again raise funds for the Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team. And yes, the dragons will be joining us again!

The race consists of swimming 2 miles of the River Nevis and taking a leap of faith at the Lower Falls...it is not for the faint hearted!
