Heart disease is one of the country’s biggest killers and as a Heart Town, Croydon takes that seriously.  This is why 16 plucky staff from Croydon Council, competing in four teams, are taking on the UK’s biggest mountain, Ben Nevis, in June.  And if that wasn’t enough, once the mountain has been climbed the teams then have a 15 mile cycle ride, a 1.5mile canoe race ending with a 10 mile bike ride. And this is all on the same day!  We laugh in the face of triathalons. This is the ultimate challenge!
