We are raising money in support of The Cruse Crew's fundraising efforts in aid of Cruse Bereavement Care Tyneside. 

The Cruse Crew is made up of bereaved families and their friends, who set out to raise £30,000 to bring Cruse Bereavement Care Tyneside's children and young people's bereavement support service to South Tyneside, after families needing support had to travel to Newcastle. 

The service is now set up and is based in Cleadon Park PCT building in South Shields. However, the fundraising continues as the Cruse Crew seek to ensure the service will last as long as it is needed as it is vital young people who have suffered a bereavement are able to access the right support when they need it. 

In our team, we have families who have suffered first hand the loss of a loved one and have seen the impact that can have on children, which is why the Cruse Crew was launched.
