We support people in the Harrogate district to live with terminal illness & bereavement

Story

In 2011 Tim Cryer and Mark Pulman, Directors of Cryer Baker Recruitment Ltd will be undertaking the challenge of a lifetime to raise much needed funds for St Michaels Hospice and will also be assisting personally with local community projects in Peru prior to the expedition.

Saint Michaels exists to ensure people with terminal illness or bereavement get the high quality end of life care they need and deserve.  One in three people are touched by Hospice care which makes our cause particularly relevant.

Over the course of the gruelling 7 day expedition we will complete total climbs of 11,417 feet and descents of over 10,000 feet.  The maximum altitude on day two is equivalent to more than half way to Everest summit.

Thank you for taking the time to read this article and we appreciate your generous donations.
