On the 16th of June 2012 at 12 noon i will begin teaching kickboxing for 24 hours non stop. It will be a mentally and physically wxhausting challenge. I will teach the entire time demonstrate all the moves, pad sets and attack and defence work that will be done during the class. I will remain in control calm and cheerful throughout :)

Some of my students will attempt to train for 24 hourse too.

The event will take place at Wheelgate Park (White Post, Farnsfield, Nottingham. NG22 8HX), who have kindly dontaed a room for us to use. Visitors to the park will be able to have a go at kickboxing for a donation to our charity.

We are fund raising for Childline...this charity was set up in my home city of Nottingham. It's a free helpline for Children with problems especially those who are sadly being abused. Childline has just reached it's 25th Anniversary and with time comes complacency...they really need our help.
