Right To Play protects, educates & empowers children to rise above adversity. Using the power of play we help them stay in school, withstand exploitation, prevent disease and heal from war and abuse. We enable them to make positive choices, creating better futures for themselves and their societies.

Story

<p><span style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;">Cycle to Sahara<br />------------------------<br />Charlotte Slaymark, Donnie Monnie, Chris Millar and Matty Owen<br />------------------------<br />We are three Glasgow University students and a London University student planning to cycle to the Sahara Desert in Morocco. Our trip is in aid of charity, we hope to raise &pound;4000 for the charity &lsquo;Right to Play&rsquo; who provide sporting opportunities to people in undeveloped countries.&nbsp;<br /><br />The cycle is expected to take 10-12 weeks, covering a distance of approximately 2700miles.<br />The team have planned to be self-sufficient for the entire trip, we are carrying everything we need with us on our bikes without a support team.<br /><br />The trip will commence summer 2011, leaving Glasgow at the start of July.<br />----------------------------------<br /><br /><br />Any help is much appreciated and no matter how much you donate it is all for a worthy cause, thanks everybody.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;"><br />Team Cycle to Sahara 2011.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: #333333;">cycle2sahara@hotmail.co.uk</span></p>
