We're cycling from Connah's Quay to just past Rhyl and back, making it just over 50 miles to raise funds for the Anya Bentham Appeal.

We're not experienced cyclists but we've decided to take the plunge to help raise the money that Anya needs to ensure that she gets the treatment she needs to beat Neuroblastoma.
